nice, I always like to save a kronos or two when possible! I don't like the forced-NNN BC bindings though - looks like they don't start using Super Tele until you get to Falktind. Maybe you can request Super Tele on the other ones.

The Falketind 68 is receiving yet another redesign- it will become the "Rabb 68".

A new version of this will arrive in October, and it will be named Rabb 68. It is exactly the same ski, but with another name and design.

So the two waxless models are the first and only waxless skis in their lineup? Those wide skis look real nice too.

They already make the Amundsen in waxless flavor for the Swedish market only. They tried to sell them in the US before but distributors didn't want them...

According to Asnes, The Breidablikk waxless will be possible to purchase this year, We will most likely not produce the waxless Ingstad. (That is, unless we show them that we really want it I guess...! )

Funny you mention the FT 62, you have me thing about an FT 68! The FT 62 does not have near as much camber as your Storetind. I am not sure it would be up to your standard in XC performance. However it is such a different ski on soft snow, it just seems to come alive in just 3 or 4 inches of snow. Maybe Johnny will give us the long awaited for review of the Ingstad soon!
I am also curious about the two Tind skis. It sure would be nice to get some good reviews of all these skis.We have reviews for the winter just past on the FT 62, and Storetind (FT 68), some good initial Ingstad reviews, good review of the Combat NATO, a nice review of Cecelie. Maybe the folks at Asnes will send us some bigger skis, and we can become the North AmericN review team. I like the idea anyway

The FT 62 does not have near as much camber as your Storetind.

This is interesting..The FT62 is a very unique ski in the current market- the camber/rocker/flex profile of a backcountry downhill touring ski- but with width dimensions and weight that would make them very easy to drive with XC boots...Very interesting- would love to try it!

I keep wondering whether I shouldn't have tried my ST with NNNBC before I mounted the 3-pin hardwire binding. The ST is VERY light- as light as Johnny's Objective mounted to NNNBC...

I am also curious about the two Tind skis.

I am too- what is the difference in performance between the 68/76/86? Obviously the 86 would offer more float than the 68- but if you want a powder ski, why wouldn't you go even wider? PLUS- I am sure all of these skis have different camber/rocker profiles- intended for different snow conditions.

The 68 is intended to be a hybrid between a BC-XC ski and an "AT" ski- what about the 76/86?

It sure would be nice to get some good reviews of all these skis.

I am quite confident that they have been thoroughly tested and reviewed by UTE magazine, but you need to pay a fairly expensive subscription to get full access to the UTE site.
