has anyone figured out a permanent fix for holes worn in boot bellows?

umm, thats about what I am expecting. I carry a roll of gorrilla tape in my bag. tape lasts a day or 2.

Keep us updated, bauerb. I've got a small hole in the bellows of some TX Pros that I'm about to repair. Might try ShoeGoo first--has anyone had success with this?

Bindings: Voile 3-pin cable
Boots: Heierling leathers (thrift store specials)

I wonder is Sugru would work better on skin? I wore a hole in my left foot today going uphill

If you don't have climbing wires you need them. Moleskin should keep you out there skiing.

My beloved Garmont Veloces have just suffered the dreaded bellows crack. I think I'm going to try something like cordura adhesive wrap (for adhesion to plastic, tensile strength, flex) and then apply some hot glue on top to make it more waterproof and resistant to cuts from edges while remaining flexible. Will post before/after photos -- and post ski beta when I have it. May not happen until next year.
