@Podborski i have a Gamme, and I’m quite sure Amundsen is an awesome ski as well. The nice thing is if you want to size up, things will change and skis will become available and you can size up. You will not recoup full value if you decide to sell the shorter Amundsen, but if you value the loss in value against the joy you had skiing a fine ski, it’s all worth it!
Good luck, I’m not surprised at all that you’re happy with your new ski.

They _might_ become available. A friend was looking for 208 Amundsen waxable. Cannot be found either side of the pond.

Your friend may not find what he is looking for. Seems like demand is greater than supply.

He's been looking for 9 months. If supply is 0 then demand is definitely greater. Just wanted to make the point that things may not be available. And seems likely to me to get worse.

It's a a sexy ski with a grumpy lookin' old man looking at you, I just scowl back at him.
Maybe he looks that way because he’s not impressed with your skiing.

I must admit, I wouldn’t want Roald Amundsen, Fridtjof Nansen, Helge Ingstad & Co. looking on disapprovingly or laughing their heads off at my efforts.

On the other hand, I wouldn’t object to Tonje Blomseth coming along on tour with me.

I’d like for Line Victoria Sverdrup to be looking back at me. LOL.

I imagine that putting her face on the top sheet was part of the deal for agreeing to the use of grandpa Otto’s name.

It would be like having Pancho Villa asking if you’d like to make a donation. Ha ha.

I get the whole adventurer lineup. This is the only way I can rationalize this one. Just my opinion. Might be totally wrong. Ha ha.

Have you seen the aeroplanes of Norwegian.com?

Looks like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer meets Åsnes Skis:

I think it would be about the best kind of tour one could possibly have. And, she has lovely... huskies! ;)

Airlines. Ha ha.

Putting a children’s author on the tail of a commercial aircraft is a sign that you’ll get treated like and infant and told a fantastic story when your business class seats are downgraded or you’re rebooked on a later flight.

That particular industry, regardless of nationality, has lost a great deal of credibility over the past 20 years. You get better service with a bus line.
