FS: New Alpina Alaska XP size 45 - best deal in North America

I have a new pair of Alaska Xplore boots that are too small for me. I put one of them on for about 10 seconds before saying, nope that is too small for me.

They are size 45. I normally consider myself a size 45 in euro boots or an 11.5D in American boots, but a Brannock device puts me at 11.25C. These boots seem to run a bit shorter than I'd expect for a size 45. These would fit a US size 11D or narrower foot perfectly.

My feet are 283mm and my toes touch the front of the boot. Also, the toe box is too narrow for my feet due to an issue with a nerve in my left foot that gets pitched between my metatarsals when the toe box is too narrow. I'm opting to switch to Alfa boots in size 46 for a wider toe box. These boots were well padded and would be very secure for lateral control, if you have feet that can take the toe box.
