Ski footage from 360 cameras
Ski footage from 360 cameras
Got myself a 360 camera and hands free mount and went to town!
I know at least Tom M has a 360 camera as well and probably others so I figured this could be a thread where we show some footage.
Here you'll see some Gammes and they be turnin' !
This was my first attempt at everything so it's a bit rough around the edges, but SO COOL! The camera moves around a bit more then I'd like when doing classic but works REALLY well for the downhill part. Enjoy!

Also, as you may be able to see, only the first set of turns were in good snow. The rest was hard and icy as it's been all winter in this place. At the end you can see that I almost can't plant my poles. Somebody send us some snow?

Great stuff. Thanks for sharing the video! At first I thought it looked like ice, but the way you were turning convinced me that it had to be something softer. That is some good skiing in bad conditions.
Re: Ski footage from 360 cameras
does the 360 camera automatically remove your shirt and pants as well as the selfie-stick from the shot? lol. nicely done.

Looks like fun. I liked the K&G action.

Re: Ski footage from 360 cameras
I am truly impressed.
But I have so many questions.
How are these shots possible without a drone?
Why are you naked outside in mid-January?
Why aren't you wearing any clothes?
Why don't you fall you down more?
Where is your merino wool base-layer and GoreTex shell? It's January.
I’'m genuinely impressed with your control and it looks like fun.

So many questions, so little time. I'll get back to you later. This is just so you stop fixating on my nipples. They're not the point of the video.Musk Ox wrote: ↑Tue Jan 18, 2022 3:05 amI am truly impressed.

Cold therapy, mostly known in the form of the Wim Hof Method, is good stuff.
Seriously good for your general health.Physical, mental, and spiritual.. Most commonly done in the form of cold showers and ice baths. This is another form of it.
After skiing, you're in a good mood. After skiing in Baywatch Mode, you're a MF P I M P

Your nipples must be cold, though.
