I ordered stuff from Varuste more than two weeks ago and it hasn’t shipped yet.
Got an email from them as below.
Emailed them back and got an automated reply that they’re really busy and will get back to me when they can.
In the past, they have been much more responsive.
Anyone else order stuff from them recently?

Hello,
Unfortunately our packing center is currently congested due to the high volume of orders and the processing time can be longer than usual.

Ordered some komperdell poles on Tuesday. I’m in Quebec, the poles are already in New Jersey from Helsinki, and they are supposed to be here by Wednesday according to FedEx.

Wow, I ordered the Black Crow Duos. They should have been delivered today, but Fed Ex didn’t drop them.
Second delivery in a row with Fed Ex problems.
Very impressed with Varuste

Good to hear. Sounds like it’s just an issue with some part of my order.

Doesn’t surprise me. I bought some things last week (not Varuste) and was told the same, swamped, gonna take a while. I ordered something from Varuste back in Nov and it took it almost a month to get to me. Varuste is dependable though, I wouldn’t be concerned.

FedEx has had bad tracking info lately. One package last week was in Ohio and Connecticut simultaneously and to be dropped in NH that day, then it went to Mystery Zone for a few days.

Hi ordered the ottos, bindings and skins a while ago, got the 'we're really busy' e-mail, but they shipped from Helsinki and arrived in the Yukon in 72hrs. flat, damn. Their customer service guy was awesome.
Whole deal, inc shipping, was around $600 cad. Would definitely buy from there agin.
