Which boot do you have? I recall posts on social media to the effect that some Crispi boots are out of spec on the distance between the pins and the end of the duckbutt.

Just to clarify for those who may not know, unless the 3 has changed from the 2.1 there are 2 settings independent of one another.
The "DIN" for release doesn't affect the "activity" setting on the springs. As you tighten that, I think it gets a little harder to click in in addition to increasing activity slightly. Conversely the activity adjustment doesn't affect the release.

Re: The new Meidjo 3 from M Equipment
I have the new crispi evos and the meidjo 3s. Took them out for the first time today and couldn't step in flat. I had to lift up to get the boot to click in. Is this a known problem with the Crispis? I got my set-up from the Fey Bros, would have thought they would have known about it if was a widespread problem.
Anyone have any solutions?

Did you ever get this figured out? Just got my set-up and am having the same issue.s_k_i_ wrote: ↑Wed Nov 11, 2020 9:33 pmI've been practicing with the 3.0 in the basement. Brakes do make it a bit harder but the toe is pretty easy to engage. My issue is that I cannot step in like this. I have to pre-load it to get the second heel to engage. It's like my duck butt is slightly too long or the springbox is too stiff to move back and engage the butt.
