Maybe the boozing might actually be the source of your problem with the bindings and boots

A friend of mine has small outlaw x binding. I compared both binding and I do have the right size .... I have no idea why the boot does not snap in.

Your're right, the boozing is the main source of my problem. Even my my words don't fit at all!

Interesting well that narrows it down some. Hopefully it’s an easy fix or the boots aren’t the culprit.
I’d try calling 22 and talk with one of them. Sometimes that’s quicker than waiting on email. Another thought is trying another boot but you probably don’t have one of those lying around.

Not sure if this is helpful information, but from the front of my 26.5 Scarpa Tx Pros to the back of the duckbutt it's almost exactly 7"....about 17.8 cm.

I would definitely contact 22D and shoe them that video. That's weird.
Also, while I can't imagine it makes a difference, have you put the flex plate in there and tried it? And have you tried it on a rug with you foot in the boot?

Howdy, did you hear back from 22 yet? Let us know what you find out.

Have you considered this may not be a binding issue, but a boot issue. I have seen this problem before with Scott and Crispi boots being out of the agreed upon spec. The distance from the front edge of the toe to the back edge of the cleat should be 176.5 +1/-1mm?
