Scott Voodoo NTN doesn't fit outlaw x binding

Post by Teledrou » Wed Nov 18, 2020 9:12 pm

I have just bought both Voodoo boots and outlaw x binding from 22 design. I can't snap the boot in the binding. The size of the boot is 27.5 and the size of the binding is large. Do you have any clue why that does not fit?

Odd, I know some of the Crispis were out of spec that had similar problems with some NTN bindings. Can you post a pic or two?

Here is the picture. Is there something that I can do to fix this issue?
Both the boot and the binding are new.
here a link for the video

Bummer. To me it looks like the outlaw is the wrong size of binding and it’s a small not a large. May of been mix up on order or box was miss labeled.

I’d contact 22 designs or who ever you got bindings/skis from for next steps. By the way do the boots fit you okay? Did you try a shell fit and make sure they aren’t too big?

That's exactly what it looked like to me as well.
Fortunately (I think) the small and large both use the same drill pattern up front.

No help. But in the pic, I do notice the mandatory ale necessary to figure these things out...
Go your own way, the lines are shorter...

do you have the same problem with both skis, or just 1? as an experiment, try putting the binding into tour mode, which relaxes the spring a bit and moves the claw back a tiny amount. it doesn't solve the problem, but might indicate you have defective springs.

I have already contacted 22 design but they have not solved my issue yet. I think I've got the wrong size as well but I have no clue what is the difference. Someone knows what is the difference between large and small in term of dimensions?
