excellent! I can vicariously enjoy your purchase with my wallet intact! looks like the E109's are still out there for $153Buda wrote:The E99s just arrived and they are in pristine condition. Still in the factory wrapping w/o a scratch. If you can use E99s and 200cm is your length there are still some listed by the same seller at the same price:

Cross-country AND down-hill skiing in the backcountry.
Unashamed to be a "cross-country type" and love skiing down-hill.

Any cowboys with size 100US feet kicking around?
There older 2-buckle Arkos (basicaly Andrew) Greenlands look like they are in great condition albeit a little musty smelling.

I just got my pair in 8.5US (8UK). They weight 1250gr, have a really cool design and are very very comfy. Keep in mind these are probable 15 years old.
They ski like a halfway boot between the Alico blaze and the teletour but are more confortable than both given the crazy thick neoprene collar/ankle.
I'd love to share my love for Andrew/Arkos boots with you!

Now might be the time to upgrade my wife's 20+ yr old excursions. Anybody out there that has skied mid 90s excursions and new T4s that would know how much of a benefit they would be.lilcliffy wrote:Previous gen T4s still available:

Not me but keep in mind the newer T4s now come with a thermomoldable liner...but not the ones on sale here. If it was me looking for a pair and I did not have a thermomoldable liner kicking around, I would prefer paying full price for a new T4 cause as you know, intuition liners are exxxxpensive!lowangle al wrote: Now might be the time to upgrade my wife's 20+ yr old excursions. Thanks for pointing that out, I agree, it wouldn't be worth it w/o the thermomouldable liner.bgregoire wrote:Not me but keep in mind the newer T4s now come with a thermomoldable liner...but not the ones on sale here.
