Do you want to invest in the next generation of broke binding skiiers?? Look no further!
I'm trying to put together a setup for my tele-curious 8 year old, bless her heart! Looking for an old pair of G3 targa's you are willing to part with for the 50$ range.
Ideally red plastic due to the child's color preferences. Ideally the silver spring cartridge (least resistance).
Thanks!

Hey Trees, I might just do that. Have you been out with your young pinhead? What skis do you have them on? I am trying to get a tele setup for my 8 year old on a pair of 125cm Altai Hoks. No luck finding those skis yet. Maybe on here. Hope you can inspire the next generation.
Cheers,
Ben

Hey Ben!
I did snag the targas from mikesee on this thread. I’m going to mount them on a pair of groomer quality 100s that we had originally up for this season before we scored a cheap Craigslist pair of 120s that work better for her.
We haven’t gotten the boots in the mail not mounted the targas, will probably get up to Tahoe on that rig next weekend.
Speaking of the hoks, I got those exact skis for my daughter 2 seasons ago with the bindings that you just strap in normal boots to. They are perfect for beginner side country and I definitely recommend them! Awesome skis for the littles. I ponied up about 230 for them on Amazon including the bindings. Pretty hard to find used I think!
I’ll report back on our progress, do the same please!

How does an 8-year old girl become tele-curious these days? Did it happen naturally, or was there any manipulation on your part? Just curious from the point of view of keeping telemark fresh for the youths. Thanks!
