Used, includes all parts, mounting instructions and template. The cables have been shortened to fit a size 42 boot, so if you need longer cables, they are available from Voile for $16 (set of 4) https://www.voile.com/voile-cable-spring.html

I'll also throw in a set of hardwires that I modified to fit this binding. I documented this modification on my Youtube channel.
