Welding repair on a ST

Hello guys, one of my friend broke the bail in 2 (Rotte ST) with big boots. I welded with stick rod 1/16 6011. I made a 16 gage piece for that matter. I would have used my Mig welder for that, to do a nicer job. But I didn't have it on hand. And the paint job has to be redone... More solid than the original!
