Sizing Ingstad for XCD

I was wondering if a 175cm Ingstad would be any good for XcD purposes in the woods?

Yes.
We have the Ingstad/Tonje in all lengths in our ski clan-
I have tested it in everything from 165 to 205.

At short, downhill-focused lengths I don't prefer the Ingstad to the more conventional, rounder-flexing Nansen though...
Cross-country AND down-hill skiing in the backcountry.
Unashamed to be a "cross-country type" and love skiing down-hill.

Size advice? Im 144lbs/65kg, but 75kg with gear - seemingly perfect for 185cm. But some companies' charts are biased towards beginners. Do I go 195? These would be a wax complement to my beloved 190cm E109 crowns.
Anyone mounted them with Xplore bindings?

Wax 205 Ingy with Xplore has been a good combo for me. I’m slightly larger than you.
