I’m deciding between the rotefella freeride and freedom. I get a good deal on both so def wanna go with rotefella. I’ll prob ski like 90/10 resort and bc. Mostly skiing steep stuff, hitting drops and often in park. Idk which is best. Anything helps.
Thanks all

Backcountry talk is probably a better place to ask questions on telemark equipment:

It was originally telemark, but also has AT now. It's the forums for Craig Dostie's

I've owned both. I would normally recommend the Freedom (more neutral and tours better) but given that you are going into terrain parks makes me think the Freeride would be better. The Freeride is a much more active binding and may work better for parks. The Freeride used to be adjustable fore-aft about 1cm or so which can be handy to try slightly different positions. That could help getting a good balance point for park features.
I've used them on beginner park features and that active feel did give me a nice "false sense of security".
As I recall, Josh Madsen (owner of FHL - Feeheel Life in Salt Lake) used them when he was a serious park rat, so a call to them might be a good idea. The Freeride does not tour well, though.
There are metal "wings" that are over the boot toe on both bindings. Those dig into boots and cause significant damage and I've broken several off of both bindings. I think you'd be happier with something like 22 Designs Outlaw X for what you have in mind.
