NNN-BC and no metal edges

I can’t do what the skier in the video is doing, but he is skiing soft floppy boots and skis with no metal edges. That probably isn’t a handicap in powder, but they are fairly skinny is well.
It really is about grace, technique, and finesse. I’m not that good, that’s why I use cables. However the link demonstrates grace, technique, and finesse.

Look at the Morgan Crayon video, I couldn’t copy the link.

Amazing. I’m not that good either. I can do tele on NNNBC with skinny skies, but only on “hero” snow and definitely not in the trees.

Whitegrass is a treasure. If folks haven’t been there, and you find yourself in the mid-Atlantic region in winter, it’s well worth the visit. Just has an amazing, down home, community vibe. We used to live in Maryland went there a good number of times. I recognize the guys in the Nordic Salsa video (from a volunteer trip there). The only problem is that snow is not always very reliable there. But Canaan Valley is so gorgeous it’s worth a visit with or without snow.
