- No fall zone. Leather boots, 3 inches of snow, 17mph and 64 years old.
We’re getting more snow today. It’s coming in wet and wind blown. I hope those leather boots can handle it. I’m waiting on some T4s.

Nice. Gotta take advantage of what Mother Nature gives you.

I like skiing here. I love the woods.
I didn’t ski today but I started work on Mt. Jäegermeister. It’s the only mountain in the Pocono where the snow is real and the mountain is man made. It gives you enough speed to make the rest of my yard more interesting.

- The lodge

- The headwall

Not up to the baskets - that's thin!
Pretty, though.

I could have skied my no wax karhu xcd-gts. They would have been a better match for the boots, but in 3 inches of snow I needed all the float I could get.
Meanwhile Anchorage has been getting epic snowfall, hopefully I'll be getting some of that later this season.

looks like the Gamelands near my house in PA. enjoy. I've become a snowbird and now spend most of my time in Montana.

20+30 cm here overnight. Heavy/wet but the temperatures will drop slowly overnight and the next day or two.
Raises one’s hopes. I’ve told my valet to clear my social schedule for Monday.

Hats off to you Al, skiing 3” is an art form I haven’t mastered. However if you got 11 miles and 1200 vertical feet, you’re not fooling me with that I’m 63 and too old to fall! I’m a couple year younger, but I don’t think I would enjoy winter time road rash on whatever is hiding under 3” of dust!
