Does anyone have a PDF of Rottefella NNN-BC mounting template. I couldn’t find one online, certainly not on the Rottefella website. It took them about a week to send the wrong one. Another set of holes to epoxy. AND A DARNED GOOD REASON TO STAY WITH VOILE FOR 75 mm bindings.
Yes I’m a bit cheesed right now!!!

Hey Fish, if you’re feeling adventurous how about taping the centre line on the ski and marking it. Mark the centre point of the binding back and front, place on the ski and adjust to pins on balance point. Then secure it and use the binding as the template. I did this once with a three pin and it worked out fine.

Sorry I meant bar on balance point. I’m still in a TTS mindset after my ski today

Hi Fish,
I agree the website is awful. It is stil awful in Norwegian but I did find this:
https://rottefella.no/media/pdf-manuals ... jig_A3.pdf
https://rottefella.no/media/pdf-manuals ... try_LR.pdf
I urge you to check if the holes on the paper overlap with the correct binding before drilling
Cheers
Roelant

Thank you Roelant, I am printing at the office and will check when I get home! I should have checked before I drilled, but was more focused on precision.
@Nick BC i have made my own templates from bindings before, but recently I did a mount that required some adjustment. I re-used a paper template too many times. I got over confident and sloppy. So for this mount, I want to be more precise. I even purchased an awl, because I know I just can’t see the point of the center punch like I could.
Thank you for the suggestion.

Thanks for posting the PDF template...but where does one line up the balance point of the ski? With the points I have circled on this image?

No, not the ones you have circled.
The “PIN LINE” mark on the paper template should be placed on the balance line of the ski.
The balance line on your skis may not be exactly the same on each ski.
Measure from the tail of each ski to the balance line of the ski. If they are different, then make your balance point half way between the two measurements.
For example, if the balance lines on your skis are 800mm and 810mm from the tails of the two skis, then mount the bindings with the “PIN LINE” at 805mm on each ski.
Hope that is clear.

The balance point of the ski aligns with the "pin ilne" line on the template.
NNN-BC has 3 screws close to, and right in front of the bar. The screw you have circled is the one at the back of the rails that the ball of your foot rests on.

Thanks for the info.
I come from an AT ski background and it is all about the center of the boot being lined up with the manuf. recommended "line," so with bigger boots, the toe sits more forward on the ski.
What I just learned: with nordic skis, the toes remains in the same spot (unless one has special bindings that allow movement) and the extra length of a bigger boot simply hangs out the back.
