new ski advice

Looking for some advice on buying new skis. Unfortunately they have to be alpine skis to tele on (I have about $700 in credit at a local alpine only shop). I've been at it for 20+ years, 215 lbs, 75% off piste. Here is some of my criteria: 100+mm waist, quick turning, stable at high speeds. I feel like I'm getting old, so I don't want to work as hard as I used to. With that said, they still need to handle those early day runs when I think I'm still 20.

High speed indicates these skis will be for riding chairlifts - is that correct?

East coast / ice coast?
Midwest where powder / packed powder on the trail report means shined up ice?
Bushwackin' the meadows?

Where are you dropping knees?

ex racer, so it needs to be able to rip under the lifts of Colorado on family days, but as always the goal is meadows and glades, 25% of which will be skinin' up the local pass
Is there one ski that can do it all?

I keep coming back to the Head Kore skis, for a sidecountry ski especially the 105, so many options good luck. Currently still hiking with an old pair of Mantras, plenty of power but a tad heavy.

Do they have Line skis in a ~100 waist? (98 to 108)

I found several 90-105, I have a pair at 115 underfoot but older 2012 model and I have no desire to hike with them.

Head Kore 105 was a great suggestion! would have picked these up if I could, unfortunately the store didnt carry head. Ended up with a pair of Rossi soul 7s. Light, huge rocker tip(similar to wailer 112), alot of camber. Drawbacks may be shorter edge and soft tip, however they claim that this years tip is stiffer then all previous models. We'll see. Thanks for the feedback!
