Wow that's a big difference. It really makes my T2s seem like clunkers. I really like the T4s for everything I ski. It would be nice if they were a 1000 grams.
Re: Telemark Skimo racing (was: 3-pin Racing)
I also like the T4, I get good stride length with them although they could loose some weight. However I will keep racing with F1's on longer races and races with off-pist sections, either as Teletech set-up or AT set-up.

Try removing the ski-walk cuff lock, quite a few grams there

Try a stock, unmodified pair of Alfa Guard Advance boots (725g). With the proper technique, they will give you the same control power, at half the weight of your robot boots and 50 times the fun...

Hey Rod, do you want to post that again in anglais. I used my rusty, schoolboy French (from the UK I might add) and I got the sense you were razzing our esteemed website owner. Or was I totally out to lunch?

I was just trying to illuminate tele-friends with the tele-lantern of knowledge. The T4 might supply more power than you actually require, but it contains zero of that rare and precious telemark essence. No matter how rad you mod it, it will still contain 0.00% of the recommended daily value of vitamin XCD.
