Son in law saw a Catamount two days ago, nearby. have seen "CAT" tracks out in the bush but seeing them up close is different. When the snow flies will look for tracks. What is their range? 50 square miles? Seen a cat or two up in the Highlands but with trees and brush couldn't tell what the thinger was. TM

Puma range is a lot more than 50 miles. Remember a few years ago one was documented walking from South Dakota to Connecticut (where it got run over by a car).

Trock hope to see you on your visit. Been under the weather for a couple of weeks but thinking that will soon be over. Heard the Boys come back from golf, thinking they had a good time!! Think Teleking wants to head off to Telecamp one and see what or if there is any damage up there. Lots of ledge that could have moved, and that Yellow Birch seed tree up there is on its last breath. See soon. TM

Trees are there. If we get out of the haze, they will really light up. Every year and all this beauty. Been looking at my ski collection. Soon will force myself to do something, like get the tractor out of a mud hole. Bummers. Will see a high school soccer match today, fondly remember back to 1972 when we started the first Girls Soccer team at Craftsbury Academy. Man did that explode into a magical thing. TM

I'm glad I'm not the only one that will ski on last years wax, as long as it works.

32o and snowing, lots of snow!. Boys headed up to Little Mountain yesterday and fixed up Telecamp which is about 5-600 feet of verts up. I went along but shortly had to head down as the knee was reacting badly. Watched some good Football and hit the sack. Kinda dark outside with a bright moon that didn't shine. On the railing there was @ 8-10 inches of heavy wet snow and it's rumbling off the metal roof. Bad leg or not this oldie will ski it! TM

Bummer! headed up yesterday and found Telekid had beaten me there. Bashed out the snowbank left by the plough and saw Telekid had used the bottom of his jeep to carve out a nice parking zone. pinned in my left ski and did that feel good. Couldn't get my old Rossie brown boots and the boot wouldn't go in. Big Bummer!. Just below my knee depth of November snow. Bing, oh no. Checked the bottom of the boot and bummer, bummer no pin holes on a cobbler mistake. Gawd! Will try again today. Snow on the railing from 10+ to 4 inches of very heavy wet snow to who knows what. 24o and I have an idea. So today should be breakable hardpack. Will see. TM

Powder! Boys were arcing and white world was quiet with a slight hissss now and then. Took off my knee brace and was able to do a couple of turns. Rain now but we should have a decent base for future snowstorms. Man, it's good to be skiing again. TM
