Seems like Nordic rocker fights or contradicts double camber. Waiting for more ideal powder days to tell for sure. Definitely prefer climbing wax over fish scales or skins, although both have their place.
Nordic rocker, combined with double camber and a stiff tip is an awesome combination.
Nordic rocker combined with a floppy tip, on the other hand, makes for a ski that chatters too much on hard snow, and flops too much when breaking trail.
Fischer invented nordic rocker, Asnes seems to have perfected it.
