Just finished listening to the podcast series "Ninety Pounds of Rucksack" about the 10th. Well worth a listen. I learned that the techniques that I was taught while getting my BSA Ski Merit Badge in 1960 were developed to allow a skier to turn while carrying a back pack and rifle.

just started listning the"90lbs rucksack" podcast. ,interesting history i never knew about. cool stuff learning about the 10th mountain boys. they invented alot of stuff we use today !
I like the well spoken orator, i find he's easy to listen too...
i wish i was around with the 10th back in the day, would be nice to grow up without woke'ism and rainbows everywhere...

Meh. I was. Bigots kept it to themselves or people within earshot as I recall. Definitely better than today.
I spoke with a 10th Mtn vet last week. Did 2 tours in th ME. He seemed tough enough.

yeah I think I might be a Bigot myself... seeing what the "alternative people" have created in this country, how can one not be, after watching a 1st world nation degenerated into filth.
