Very exciting Bob!
Here is to hoping that we can soon compare notes!
Here is to hoping that you soon have enough snow!
Yes- bar on BP.
The paper jig in your box will come pre-programmed to convince you to mount bar on BP.
I am very keen to hear what you think of NNN.
At BP the ski will of course feel perfectly balanced when XC skiing and if you want to pick up and redirect a ski.
Bar on BP actually puts your ball of foot further forward on the ski than pins on BP...

Cross-country AND down-hill skiing in the backcountry.
Unashamed to be a "cross-country type" and love skiing down-hill.

Don t worry Bob, I don t think you could have gone wrong with any of this skis discussed here. As a matter of fact you made a very good choice! Its snowing lots here right now, and my skis are all lined up ready to go. Who is going to be the lucky winner! Have fun guys.
I live for the Telemark arc....The feeeeeeel.....I ski miles to get to a place where there is guaranteed snow to do the deal....TM
