Since 1970’s; I have broken in boots by soaking them in water; and wearing them wet. Usually I melted in beeswax ( sno-seal)or neats-foot oil first; so they do not shick and get brittle when they dry.

I could spend a lot on a quiver… but these three skis are enough for me….

I broke mine in half a few years back, and replaced them with rossinols, also fish scaled, steel edged and similar width. They have been great for backwoods yoyo in Vermont and the ADKs.
