>>>I do ski with a dog, which I imagine a lot of people do. I am concerned about cuts from the steel edge, not just because they could be serious, but because they could create quite an ordeal where I ski. Pick a ski without steel edges. Re: Waxless Skis Icing Bad
Ah, forgotten
the new E99 and E109 easy skins are waxable+skins (like all the Asnes recent models) and NOT like the S-Bound series which are waxeless+skin.

Re: Waxless Skis Icing Bad
Madshus Intelligrip Skins are short kicker skins that get mounted from the top of the ski like conventional long skins. The first part of them (below the ski tip) is made of a ski base material. The mohair part is only approx 70 cm long, under the foot. The have 2 different lengths to choose, depend...

-Fischer Powerlight (46mm below foot) since I really cannot stop skating. Dude - you're my hero. Can't you skate on something a little wider too? Like an e89? Of course I can skate with almost everything, but for how long and how fast, and with which effort? I've never tested the E89, but they aren...

Re: Quiver Killer... Qu'est-ce que c'est?
Hi volks, here my 2 cents:
-Fischer Powerlight (46mm below foot) since I really cannot stop skating.
-Otherwise for pure backcountry, E109.
Cheers
