Re: Mounting 3 pin on used Ultravector?
Did you buy them? I am sorry that it took me so long to answer you. In short- no, the seller was flaky, and whole deal seemed too good to be true - $150 for the pair of ultravectors. I, however, was able to score a pair of used voile v6 hyper BC a few weeks ago with a pair of fairly expensive AT bi...

Mounting 3 pin on used Ultravector?
I am considering a purchase of a pair of used Voile UltraVector BC. They were mounted for 6-hole bindings - perhaps Axl or something. See the attached picture on Imgur (can't attach here): https://imgur.com/a/Umnpv0q How hard/safe would be to mount a standard 3-pin binding here? Will I be able to fi...

Re: Vaya con Dios Amigos
First off, I am relatively new to TT and to Telemark overall. I've learned so much from the regulars in the two short years I've been here. To be completely honest, I am slightly surprised by the magnitude of calamity caused by a few posters here. To me, tele is the philosophy first and foremost, an...

Evolution Uinta skis
I've scored a free pair of Evolution Uinta skis with drilled holes in them. By dimensions, they resemble Sbound 98 closely being fatter by 3--4 mm. Looks like this is a downhill ski with no scales underfoot. Need help with two things: - first, what kind of manufacturer is/was Evolution? evoski dot c...

WTB leather 3 pin boot size US11.5
Looking for a sturdy leather boot with insoles ~29.5-30 cm which corresponds to 11.5 US size (I believe).
Alico double would work or something lighter, as well.
Physically located in the Denver area but willing to consider paying for shipping.

Re: Garmont Touring leather boot
In my opinion that is plenty boot for an S-112, especially for touring with some turns. The S-112 isn’t a torsionally rigid ski, so it doesn’t take a lot of boot to over power the ski. That being said I’m willing to bet there will be times that boot will get kicked around in manky conditions. I thi...

Garmont Touring leather boot
Does anybody have experience with it? I did not find much information on it. How's the ankle support? Durability? I'd like to use it with S bounds 112, would it be enough? Some turns, but nothing crazy. Would it have enough duckbill thickness for the tele binding (not a thin touring version of it)? ...
