Re: help with mounting bindings on fischer sbound.
What if one had a tele binding that moved the foot back on the ski when one raise the heel?Like it's boot on center when foot is flat on ski but when one raise the heel its's more ball of foot on center of ski. The toe piece is on some rails and the springs are between the toe and heel piece pushing...

Re: help with mounting bindings on fischer sbound.
Wish I had this cobra r4 binding. Can have a tour mode just by moving the cable in front of the binding! AB06100B-68E0-4FDE-9970-B42326CF40DF.jpeg Is the front part with the cable tracks a separate pice one can get and use in front of riva3 and other cable bindings? Sometimes I losen the spring tens...

Re: help with mounting bindings on fischer sbound.
I think they are mounted pins on balance point. It's not bot center at least.

Re: help with mounting bindings on fischer sbound.
Yeah it's probably scarpa that is off in the dimension. Kinda tempted to get a pair of sb 98 or another pair of 112..and find some used switchbacks for cheap and put on them. Or even just some nnn binding. They where selling all sbounds and other Fischer ski's at 70% off. They often goes for more th...

Re: help with mounting bindings on fischer sbound.
I guess they are about 4 years old. It's the green t2 eco with tongue liner. I haven't used them much, maybe 15 times. I usually always use the asolo extreme racer's. even tought the asolos are like 300 gram more per foot, I like the way they ski and I've been using them like forever.

Re: help with mounting bindings on fischer sbound.
Maybe tomorrow I will use my Asolo extreme racers or Fischer bcx8 boots. Though bcx8 is kinda soft. I feel the ski more or something with the asolos than the t2. But they can crush ones toes in a fall.

Re: help with mounting bindings on fischer sbound.
But it seems the riva3 binding don't quite fit t2 eco boots somehow. Just the front part of the duckbill is in contact with the walls on the binding, and there is a gap on both sides further back on the toe box/duckbill. This makes it so that there is some left/right play even if the springs are ver...

Re: help with mounting bindings on fischer sbound.
Ok, so I got them mounted at the store yesterday. Seems they did an ok job. Mounted pins on center. So I got to use them today. It was so much fun!! So easy to ski fun section twice or more. Being able to climb up again without having to take off skis and put skins on them was so liberating! I guess...

help with mounting bindings on fischer sbound.
So i got myself a pair of sbound 112 quite cheap. Heard a lot of this sbound series and wanted to go out and not fiddling with skins etc. Have some riva3 i want to mount them, but its been like more than 20 years since i last mounted a pair of telemark bindings. Now i don't know where to mount, is i...

Re: The new Rottefella Back Country binding system
Very excited about this! Looks like its dynafit tech bindinging inverted! One move the cheap tech inserts to the ski and have the "binding" in the boot. No need for the binding to clamp on the pins into the boot, the boot just push out the pins into the binding. And the binding is just a simple ligh...
