Hi, I use CAMP M5 for day or two days. It has 50 l and for day tour it would be better to use M4 (40 l) or even M3 (30 l) version of the pack. I think there is no difference wich gear you are using on a crust. You break through it sooner or later on day of skiing over differences in thickness of the crust and overloading while turning then fall due to loss of balance. Crust is a problem not only for telemark but for alpine skiing too. They...

Really? And now we have to carry snowshoes in our backpack to climb a mountain? I'm thinking good old skins are tons lighter! I agree with you that the release is some strange.
